Shipping policy

Every piece is prepared with care before it leaves us — and we are committed to ensuring it reaches you in the same condition.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. During peak periods or special releases, processing may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays directly.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. A free shipping threshold may be applied for orders above a specified amount — this will be clearly communicated on the website and at checkout.

Please note: free shipping promotions apply once, at the time of the original order only. They do not apply to return shipments or replacement orders in the case of an exchange.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives
  • Online payment (soon)
  • InstaPay (soon)

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information where available. You may also contact us at Care@jilbada.com for any shipping enquiries.

7. Missed Delivery & Non-Receipt

Should your order be undeliverable or if you choose not to receive it upon delivery, please note that the actual shipping fees will apply and will be deducted from any refund, even if your original order included a free shipping promotion.

If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or hold the package at a local facility. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will assist.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged — caused by the shipping process rather than a product defect — please photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours at Care@jilbada.com. We will resolve the matter promptly.
