Jilbada is a modest fashion brand based in Egypt, offering a curated collection of Islamic modest wear. Our products are designed and crafted to meet Islamic Sharia standards for modesty, quality, and coverage.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

You may browse our website without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products

a. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including images, colours, and fabric descriptions. However, please note:

  • Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor calibration differences — a slight variation in shade is not considered a defect
  • Natural fabric characteristics such as slight texture variation or colour softening after washing are inherent qualities, not defects

b. Sizing

Jilbada sizes are designed exclusively to meet Islamic Sharia standards for modest roominess and do not align with European or international sizing. Please consult our Size Guide before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues arising from failure to consult the guide.

c. Sets

Some products (such as the Ethereal Blooming collection) are sold as two-piece sets. The product listing will clearly state when an item is sold as a set.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card, and InstaPay. Full payment is required before dispatch for online payment methods. For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at Care@jilbada.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms and is incorporated herein by reference. Please review it before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, design elements, and Arabic calligraphy — is the property of Jilbada and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jilbada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, customs, or force majeure events.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
